Beer Grows here
We take great pride in growing our own hops and grain, ensuring that every batch of our beer is packed with the freshest, most authentic ingredients. When you choose to drink our brews, you can be confident that you're not only enjoying the finest beers the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, but also supporting local agriculture and the community.
The restaurant works hand in hand with our Paddock to Pint philosophy. The focus is authenticity, quality and sustainability, ensuring every step our food takes between the ground to your dining table is carefully monitored. The menu is designed to highlight produce grown right here on our farm, pairing perfectly with our Farm Beer.
Beyond that, we aim to support our local producers, bringing you a food and drink offering that reflects the very best of the Mornington Peninsula. Whether you are popping in for a pint at the bar, or booking a long lunch with friends and family, you will feel welcome at Devilbend.
The Devilbend Farm Beer Co brewhouse is a three vessel 15HL system. Our venue will have 10 beer taps, including 4 x 840L serving tanks, allowing us to pour 4 of our brews directly from the tank. We will support our core range with limited release and seasonal brews.
We are also one of only a few breweries in Australia with a koelschip. The Koelschip is a traditional method of cooling wort, while also allowing the wort to absorb yeast and local bacteria in the air. This can spark its own spontaneous fermentation.
